In this webinar for residential leaders and clinical staff and oversight agency leaders and staff offers a foundation for successfully engaging and partnering with families, and implementing and/or improving family-driven care practices. This webinar provides an opportunity to learn from leaders who have extensive expertise in working with families in their homes and communities. 

The webinar features the Program Director from St. Vincent’s Villa Residential Treatment Facility, Catholic Charities of Maryland, Patrice Flagle,LCSW-C, ACSW, ND. Patrice provides an overview of their clinical practice model with details about family engagement strategies, staff training and supervision for working with families in their homes and communities. Joe Anne Hust is a Consultant and parent of a child who experienced residential interventions. She was also the Assistant Vice President of Peer to Peer Support at a large children’s mental health provider in Los Angeles, CA. She offers the unique perspective of what parents would like providers to know and how parent peer partners can support the process.
